pyrolosis

I assume pyrolosis can also create dioxins.  Can anyone explain in lay 
terms how/where this takes place?

Also, does anyone know of the Kocee Oven Gas Generator which supposedly 
was developed during the 1970s by Jim Kocee, and met the Bay area 
emission standards in California.  That is, according to 
Continental Waste Conversion Inc. out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada who is 
siting their magic machines to burn tires, garbage, automobile 
'fluff', computers and other dangerous materials to produce energy in 
France, Germany, the Czech Republic, near Calgary, Guatemala, and El 
Salvador.
