dioxin and toilet paper

Currently doing some work sampling the wastewater of various industries in
our community for dioxin TEQ's (no furans). In a very small flow 4000 gpd
primarily from toilets I have found detectable concentrations. Chlorine
bleach is being used in small quantities. Does anybody have any analytical
info on the contribution of bleached toilet paper in wastewater. Please let
me know. Thanks!
