CBNS, the Center for the biology of Natural Systems now has a web page.
>From it you can download the 50 page summary of their work on sources of
dioxin fallout onto the Great Lakes and the economic feasibility of
avoiding it.  The page also tells you how to order the full reports.

The summary report is entitled: "Dioxin Fallout in the Great Lakes: Where
it Comes From; How to Prevent It; At What Cost"
