chloropicrin

I have a couple of questions:

Chloropicrin is used in the wood products industry as a fumigant to retard
decay and as a "warning" agent in structural and agricultural fumigation.

(1) What is the chemical formula for Chloropicrin. What other
elements does it contain besides chlorine?

(2) I've read that Chlorine compounds can react with wood fibers
to produce dioxin. If that is so, is there a possibility that
dioxin may be produced in some quantity during a structural fumigation
with Sulfuryl Dioxide (Vikane) and Chloropicrin.

Thanks,

PS - Does anyone know the address of toxic-l (or something like that)?
