I'm presently working on a feasibility study for dioxin-contaminated surface soils. The treatment technologies we are currently evaluating are low temperature thermal desorption and EPA's Base Catalyzed Decomposition (BCD) process. Does anybody have information on BCD's, or a good source for information?
