Lots of dioxin has been measured in groundwater around the Macmillan
Bloedel Powell River Division Landfill which contains ash but other
things too. It is accepted by many people (including the Environmental
supervisor at the mill) that fly ash in particular contributes
significantly to this. However, if you are looking for a 'strictly'
ash landfill, I don't know of one, but I expect you can find one.
