RE: Thermolysis to process MSW

In terms of thermolysis, this is an approach which all engineers think
is wonderful. But no-one can point to a successfully operating plant
anywhere!. Pyrolysis, a related approach, has been touted for years as
the solution to the tyre problem, but no plants work -- or work well.
It is, as far as I know, pure engineerspeak pie in the sky. If anyone
can point me to an operating facility that meets environmental control
standards, I'll eat my words.

Answer :
There is a pilot plan giving full satisfaction at Dreux, France near Paris.
Oven is rotating which does seem to be necessary. No pollution. Coordinates of
plant available on simple request. Best regards from friendly Belgium.
