     GREAT LAKES UNITED LAUNCHES FREE NEW PUBLICATION
 
Great Lakes United announces the commencement of its new
publication, the Little Zeros Watch.  The Little Zeros
Watch was established to promote citizen-initiated
campaigns to achieve zero discharge of persistent toxic
substances in the Great Lakes eco-system, with a particular
focus on activities relating to wet cleaning, pesticide
campaigns and PVC plastic.  Copies will be delivered
electronically and via fax and is free to subscribers. 
Little Zeros Watch is modeled after Great Lakes United's
successful Great Lakes Watch, which provides updates on
takings legislation and wise use activities in the Great
Lakes region.
