After 37 years of use, the durability must be known (for 'normal' PVC it is
at least 100 years in water/gas supplies and waste water pipes).
There can be technical problems, wich can be solved or not, but that should
never be a reason for a ban of anything, then it will be replaced by
technical better alternatives, just by the market.
And we are very curious to know the potential hazards for the users of CPVC.
