no, but the printed resource to get is DoT's _Emerg. Responders Handbook_,
which has a cross referenced section to look up chemical names by placard
no.  probably your lepc (local emergency preparedness cmtee. will have
extra copies; possibly your state cmtee.  or try 202-366-0656, dot's off.
of haz mat systems, part of their rspa (research & special projects
admin.).  should be free.  it's no coincidence that's it's hard to find out
what is rolling by your bedroom...
