TSCA restrictions on nonyl phenols?

if it hasn't been done already, it just struck me that petitioning for the
strictest possible use and/or labelling restriction/ban under TSCA would be
a great stride in protecting ourselves for the hormone disrupters the alkyl
phenols, which are so ubiquitous in the environment now, and, vis-a-vis
dioxins, produced commercially & in >> quantities.
