sounds like all your hard work got a lot done. i want to be sure, since you
introduced the above a bit unclearly--the toronto c. council now on record
as supporting the virtual elimination of persistant toxins in the
environemnt?  do they now support reductions in use of materials that lead
to release of same to the environment?
