These two sites

   http://www.doe.ca/pdb/npri/npri.html
can present in table or clickable MAP form the amounts of NPRI
substances dumped on the environment from facilities in Canada.

The substances are typically dumped in units of tonnes per
year.  Dioxins are not included the set of substances which
are considered by this inventory although elemental chlorine and
some chlorine compounds are.
