i need info

I'm doing a project for Sociology on how college campuses propagate the spread
of Dioxin.  Does anyone have any information on studies done relating dioxin
and college campuses?  The attempt of this project is to make my campus more
environmentally sound and to give them alternatives to chlorine-producing
products.  If anyone has any suggestions or info that might be of help I would
appreciate it.  Thanks!!
