In "Dying from Dioxin," the map in question came from the
following study:
Cohen,M., Commoner,B., et.al.(1995) "Quantitatvie Estimation of the Entry
of Dioxins, Furans, and Hexachlorobenzene into the Great Lakes from
Airborne and Waterborne Sources." Center for the Biology of Natural
Systems, Queens College, CUNY, Flushing, NY, May.
I would suggest that you contact the Center for the Biology of Natural
Systems for further information regarding these incinerators at (718)
