Who do you think pays for higher health insurance costs?  In the end, we 
all do.  Federal and state legislatures have enacted lots of the existing 
cost containment measures.  If you are against cost containment and 
anti-fraud activities, say so directly.  I say that we can have some 
reasonable measure of privacy and controls on health costs.  

And yes, we can't have as much privacy as everyone would like because we 
can't afford it.  You are welcome to pay your own health insurance bills 
with your own personal funds.  I can't afford it.  And I have credit 
cards and have borrowed money to pay for a house.  In each instance, I 
have paid a price in diminished privacy.  Most people are in the same 
boat.  If you can do better, good for you.
