This is all hilarious after the years your AMA has spent threatening the
American public with the evils of socialism.
 
Here in Canada, where we have socialised medicine started Provincially by a
Socialist government, later brought in Federally by a Liberal Party
government which needed socialist support to stay in power, we would never
tolerate anything remotely like what seems to be standard in the US.
 
Here we have freedom of choice of doctors and procedures.  There you seem to
have to take the doctor your employer or insurance company dictates, and
then the procedures this doctor dictates.  
 
That isn't socialism.  It's the opposite!
