  S. 1360 defines protected medical information to include all 
information about your past, present and future physical and mental 
health.  There is no limit on the period of time for keeping information, 
or for going back into your records.  None all.  the only 7 year 
limitation concerns the term for records about who has access to your 
records, and even that is pretty hard to find.
