I'm not quite sure how to respond to Deidre's message.

I said:

1. There is an important decision from a federal appellate court 
which says that communications between a psychotherapist and 
a patient are privileged, i.e. shall not be disclosed.

2. S. 1360 as currently drafted permits this type of disclosure

What exactly did I get "wrong"?
