Re: S. 1360 - Medical Priva

Look, there is a simple right in this, and what is wrong is also
simple, insofar as it departs from that which is right.

Information collected from any person for a particular purpose,
especially medical information, belongs to that person. There you
have it. Simple, eh? ANY dissemination should be only with the
express, written permission of the owner, for the most limited and
circumsribed of purposes, with no further dissemination allowed,
under penalty of felony prosecution. No, repeat NO, exceptions, and
no coercion allowed, also under penalty of felony prosecution.

You are debating how little liberty Americans shall retain, out of
what they are entitled to. The rest is noise.
