There have been some problems with the National Electronic Town Meeting's
listservers which have prohibited people from subscribing. Lew Oleinick
from the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs told me they were in
the process of moving the listservers to another computer and the server
would be down until they complete the move. Apparently, they were
overwhelmed with subscribers. Mr. Oleinick said the listservers should be
working soon. There is access via newsgroups and the World Wide Web.
If you continue to have problems, you might want to contact him for
information on subscribing. His email address is oleinick_l@a1.eop.gov
