Re silicon chips
Here at Florida's West Palm Beach Ofice of DEP, there was a
manufacturer of silicon chips called Solitron and Solitron Devices
in Riviera Beach.
A hazardous waste file exists and there is probably data. The
person who knows most about it is PAul Wierzbicki at (407)
433-2650 ext. 239. Jeff Smith at extension 247 may also have
information. One constituent that I remember is Barium.
p.s. Sometimes you don't get a lot of information over the phone
and have to either come to this office and read the files or as
for the files to be copied at 14 cents a page.
Good luck
