Is it possible that this report will be available in electronic form
for web publication? Who should I contact, Mr. Rondberg? Do you
have his email address?

If the EPA is not going to publish this on the net, either by ftp or web
site, I will want to publish it on the COPA Homepage, a new web site at:

http://www.bluemarble.net/~mitch/copa/copa.html

COPA (Citizens Opposed to PCB Ash) will be making their BBS (over 10 megs
of info) available to the net community soon, this new website is a
prototype of the forthcoming domain, tentatively named copa.org.

I am currently developing this website to provide info on dioxin, pcbs,
and the various alternative (to incineration) technologies. Please
stop by, visit, and send comments to;
mitch@bluemarble.net
