Can anyone out there comment (or send references) about amounts of
dioxins and furans in effluents from pulp mills that have substituted 
elemental chlorine for C02 in their bleaching sequence? I'm particularly 
interested in a comparison between both bleaching agents and a breakdown of 
resulting dioxins and furans (specially 2,3,7,8-TCDD).
