Lancaster, PA incinerator accident

According to Judy Enck of NYPIRG: last Friday evening the Lancaster PA
trash incinerator blew up killing two people. Ogden-Martin's Prez visited,
apparently blaming it on lightning.
Judy is looking for clippings and wire stories, etc. regarding the
