Dear Philip


I'm a Brazilian grad student here at Texas A&M, currently writing an 
article about chlorine-free technologies for pulp&paper industry and 
related legislation for a major Brazilian newspaper.

Could you give me an update on that BC legislation on pulp&paper 
effluents of couple of years ago (1992, if I recall correctly)? 
I remember that the industry was contesting it in court. What ever
happened afterwards? And what were its most important provisions?
