Looking for "Sanitary Protection Scandal"

I'm looking for a copy of "The Sanitary Protection Scandal," by
Alison Costello, et al., of the Women's Environmental Network (UK),
c. 1989.

In order of preference:

* Does WEN still exist?  Does anyone have an e-mail or fax number
for them?

* Do you know of any university libraries that have a copy of this
book, that I could get through interlibrary loan?

* Do you have a copy?  that I could pay you copy?
